Free Standard Shipping
All domestic orders over $150 ship free via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $8.95.
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Express Shipping (2–3 business days)
Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for $14.95. Express orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email hello@trustedventures.store with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us and we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no charge, no return required.
Quality Guarantee
Every Trusted Ventures Supply product is inspected by hand before shipping. If a product fails due to materials or workmanship under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it — no time limit. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear (which, in our opinion, just makes the product look better).
