Charges on your card statement
Card charges from us appear as TRUSTEDVENTURES. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email legal@trustedventures.store with the amount, date and the last four digits of the card, and we will identify it and respond within one business day. We would always rather resolve a query directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
