Our commitment

Trusted Ventures LLC aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website and the software we build for clients.

What this site does

• Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, a skip-to-content link and a logical heading order.
• Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability including the mobile menu.
• Body and interface text meeting or exceeding a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background.
• Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport.
• Meaningful alternative text on informative images; decorative images marked as such so screen readers skip them.
• Motion reduced to none for visitors whose system requests prefers-reduced-motion.
• No content that flashes, auto-plays audio, or moves without the visitor starting it.

Known limitations

We are honest about the gaps rather than claiming full conformance:

• Some decorative photography carries a low contrast ratio behind overlaid text at certain viewport widths; text is never placed over the busiest region, but the ratio is not verified at every possible size.
• Long data tables scroll horizontally inside their container on narrow screens.
• We have not yet completed an independent third-party accessibility audit.

Accessibility in what we build

Where a client asks for it, we build to the same standard: keyboard-operable interfaces, screen-reader labelling, contrast-checked palettes and reduced-motion support. If you have a legal or procurement obligation to meet a specific standard, tell us during the Discovery Sprint and we will scope it in explicitly.
