Off-the-shelf CRM is priced per seat and designed for the average of ten thousand companies. The result is familiar: half the fields are irrelevant, the half you need are missing, and a member of staff quietly keeps the real numbers in a spreadsheet anyway.
A custom system starts from the opposite direction. We learn how orders actually move through your business, where the manual work sits and which decisions get made without good data — then we build exactly that, and nothing else.

Two-way connections to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, ShipStation, Klaviyo, QuickBooks, Xero, Slack and any service with a documented API. Built to survive rate limits and outages.
Automation & workflow

Ownership
At handover, it is yours.
Not licensed. Not rented. Not held hostage by a maintenance contract. On final milestone payment you receive the complete repository, the database schema and migrations, environment configuration, deployment runbook and written documentation.
